DSG Transmission Oil Cooler from VWR

It's not just your engine oil that needs to be cooled. Your DSG transmission is prone to overheating. And the higher the horsepower, the more important it is to protect it. As you might expect, the RacingLine DSG Oil Cooler is a beautifully detailed complete kit designed for the DQ381 7-speed DSG transmission.

The system is designed for easy installation and maximum reliability. Everything needed for a perfect fit is included.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT COOLER
The 10-row design efficiently cools the hot oil through a series of pressed aluminum plates. Heat is dissipated as cold air passes through the cooler.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Our unique adapter block incorporates a clever internal thermostat that allows oil to flow through the radiator only when the temperature exceeds 82°C.

PRECISION-MACHINED
Precision-machinedwith the latest 5-axisCNC machines for perfect fit.

NYLON BRAIDED LINES
Our oil lines feature an attractive outer nylon braid reinforced by an inner stainless steel mesh for maximum resilience. The protective outer cover prevents friction damage.

COLD AIR
The front mounts of the RacingLine radiator kit provide optimum airflow, ensuring that oil temperature drops and excess heat is efficiently removed.

LOWER HEAT EXCHANGER
The kit includes a factory-replaced heat exchanger with a lower profile for easy installation.
