Warranty conditions for BAR-TEK® and Turbo-Total products
Regardless of statutory warranty claims, we offer a voluntary three-year warranty on our BAR-TEK® products and Turbo-Total brand performance turbochargers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
Improper installation or maintenance.
Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
Leaks in the boost pressure system.
Contaminants in the oil.
Blocked engine ventilation.
Increased exhaust back pressure.
Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
Theft, accidents, or flooding.
Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

Nickel cast turbo exhaust manifold UPGRADE for all 1.8T engines with 150 or 180 hp.
Also suitable for Audi A3, Passat, Audi A4, Golf4, Seat etc.
Significant increase in performance due to enlarged runners (41 mm)!
Flanges are additionally slotted and therefore significantly more resistant to cracking.
Order the matching gasket for the cylinder head directly at the same time.
Please choose between longitudinally and transversely mounted engines.
Transverse e. g. Golf 4 or Audi A3 Longitudinal e. g. Passat or Audi A4
Due to the bulbous shape, two of the upper nuts are difficult to access. However, installation is also possible for experienced mechanics with the engine installed. It is easier with our turbo nuts, as these have a smaller wrench size.
Additionally, longer screws are required, we recommend our Inconel screws.
Not suitable for 209 and 225 hp Quattro models or for conversions to K04-023 turbocharger! You can find the suitable exhaust manifold for this below under accesories!

Habe mir die Längsvariante geholt für me
Habe mir die Längsvariante geholt für meinen A4. Der Krümmer passt, aber die Montage und Demontage ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Selbst wenn der Motor draußen ist. Dazu ist es eine Frechheit, dass der Kundendienst mir nichtmal die richtige Länge der Schrauben zum Turbo sagen konnte. Hatte extra Schrauben (die in den Turbo gehen) bestellt, die dann aber nicht passten, weil sie 20mm zu kurz waren. Verarbeitung auch nicht gut. Der Krümmer scheint mir irgendein China-Böller zu sein, der hier einfach nur besser vermarktet und schneller geliefert wird. Auf dem Bild im Shop sieht er wesentlich besser und wertiger aus. Wenn man ihn mal einbaut merkt man erst, was für ein Schrott es ist. Wenn er aber erstmal drinne ist, ist er wenigstens dicht. Die Frage ist nur wie lange... Aber ja, er ist deutlich größer wie der Originale. Wenn man billig irgendwas zusammen murksen will, ist der Krümmer hier wahrscheinlich optimal wegen dem Preis. Nur sollte man ihn halt dann direkt bei Aliexpress bestellen und nicht für den 5-fachen Preis bei Bar-tek
