2.0 TFSI EA113 upgrade injector kit for 500 hp matched Bosch

4 injectors specifically for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine for power levels over 450 hp.

Approx. 50% more flow than stock S3/K04 injectors and about 30% more flow than the usual RS3 injectors. At 130 bar rail pressure, over 500 hp is possible. With higher pressure accordingly more. (For comparison, with S3 injectors you’re done at around 380 hp)

Optimal spray pattern. Not comparable with RS4 injectors, which do have more flow but a wrong spray pattern. Installation position is like OEM. That means you don’t have to drill or grind on the cylinder head, which makes installation a lot easier.

The kit includes 4 injectors. PLUS: We test the injectors in-house beforehand and match them to each other! This gives you perfectly matched injectors for your 2.0 TFSI!

Even brand new injectors have a certain flow variance! Manufacturers specify a tolerance of up to 8% as “normal”. In the worst case this can lead to incorrect injection quantities per cylinder. That means the cylinders get different amounts of fuel and the engine won’t run cleanly or can even suffer damage to pistons or valves! So that our upgrade injectors are tuned perfectly in your TFSI engine, your tuner should adjust the following values.

• The KRKATE value has to be reduced.
• Start by lowering the stock KRKATE value by about 15 to 18% mathematically.
• Set the TEMIN value to a safe range of 0.85 ms to 0.95 ms (0.00085 to 0.00095 seconds in the map).
• Increase the TVUB voltage/pressure matrix values compared to the stock S3 map (or any maps with the stock K04-064 turbo) across the whole range by approx. +0.05 ms to +0.08 ms.

Attention: these are only base values for a basic software calibration, your tuner still has to dial in the fine-tuning using logs.
