Description

BAR-TEK® oil cooler-Kit V2 for 1.8 & 2.0L TSI MQB EA888 Gen.3 & evo4 engines.

Newest oil cooler kit on the market for the 1.8L and 2.0L TSI engine developed by BAR-TEK®. A must for optimum oil cooling. Especially for performance-enhanced TSI vehicles of the 3rd & 4th generation.

Prevents high oil temperatures, ensuring constant oil pressure and optimum oil condition. This has a positive effect on the service life of the TSI engine.

Our V2 kit is now even easier to install thanks to our new flange. We have also installed a non-return valve in the flange, which ensures that the oil cooler always remains full and cannot run empty.

BAR-TEK® Complete kit:

  • 19 rows of high-performance oil cooler coated
  • integrated control valve
  • Special BILLET flange for connection to the oil filter holder
  • Water hose, O-ring and other extras
  • Nylon/steel-coated high-pressure lines with matching fittings and banjos
  • Complete gasket and seal kit mounting parts

This kit not only impresses with its simple installation, but also has a constant oil temperature and oil pressure control due to its high level of workmanship.

We also recommend the latest generation of the oil riser rod to prevent oil pressure problems.

We have tested and developed this kit especially for our Golf 7 GTI.

Attention:

After installing the kit, noise may occur, but this is harmless. The noise is similar to a "whirring", which can be caused by the pulsation of the oil through the lines.

We recommend using our special oil!
