2.5L TFSI turbo manifold in a class of its own

This is the latest highlight from our development department: our high-boost turbocharging manifold for fitting Garrett G-Series turbochargers to your 2.5L TFSI engine (engine codes CEPA with DAZA downpipe, DAZA and DNW).

Our high-end manifold for the EA855EVO engine has everything that your turbocharger needs to achieve extreme performance of over 1000 hp . Its response behaviour is rapid and puts everything else in the shade.

It is also extremely light and therefore perfect for motorsport, as you can save valuable kilos. As always, has also manufactured this manifold from the finest materials and used the craziest technology to guarantee you extreme riding fun at .

Headers from the 3D printer: Seamless flow for top performance

Thanks to the latest technology, we have succeeded in producing a header in a 3D printer. It is made from Inconel^® 625 with the best material properties and ensures perfect and seamless transitions. It also contains a thread for an exhaust gas temperature sensor. We have developed the manifold especially for the high-quality Garrett G30 & G35 so that you can treat your engine to the best parts. The duct routing is BAR-TEK adapted to the extreme performance potential and flow-optimised.

The manifold has an extremely high-quality finish and is made from the finest materials.

Attention: In addition to a engine modified for this performance, this turbocharger also requires further customisation work. For example on the suction, downpipe, oil and water lines and fuel supply. New software is also required . The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and specialised knowledge. The engine and the entire drive train must be in a performance-optimised condition in order to achieve the maximum possible performance.
