<h2>Our V3 500+ upgrade turbocharger for over 500 hp for the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.3 engine.</h2><p>
</p><p>Real punch even with low boost pressure: with our new V3 turbo we achieve a proud 485 hp in our Golf 7 GTI at only 1.8 bar boost pressure – and that’s unfaked! The elaborately developed compressor wheel, which is CNC milled and precisely fitted into the optimized compressor housing, contributes to this.</p><p>
</p><p>Designed for extreme performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither an upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured especially for this turbocharger, an exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust flow is used. Beneath the housings the latest technology comes to light. As a special highlight, a specially developed, reverse rotating high‑performance CHRA is used, comparable to the performance of a GTX3071R.</p><p>The exhaust housing has maximum exhaust flow and is specially manufactured for the high‑quality CHRA. A heat‑resistant stainless steel was chosen as the material, which is also absolutely rust‑free!</p><p>The port design is adapted for maximum performance and is flow‑optimized in every last detail, which also increases durability to a maximum.</p><p>Another advantage: all downpipes fit the outlet of the exhaust housing without any problems.</p><p>

</p><p>The software must be adjusted. We also recommend our downpipe, air intake, high‑pressure pump and intercooler.</p><p>
</p><p>You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange necessary. This means you can revert the vehicle back to stock if required. In the end this saves a lot of time and money.</p><p>
