Bullet engine block for Nissan RB26

Nissan RB26 BILLET BLOCK

The bullet engine block for NIssan RB bolt-up application has an increased block height compared to the RB26.

It was developed for applications that require a performance of 2500 hp.

This product is characterised by significantly increased rigidity and strength compared to the original block. Distortion in the cylinder bores and crank mechanism has been significantly reduced. The use of larger cylinder head bolts creates a particularly strong connection between the block and cylinder head.

Wet/Open Deck: Water flows through the cover plate into the cylinder head, similar to an OEM block. For use in road and racing applications up to 300 hp per cylinder.

The engine block offers extreme weight savings through the use of aluminium. With only minimal adjustments, this billet block can replace the standard engine block.

Specifications:

  • Application: Nissan RB26
  • Weight: approx. 40 kg (compared to the standard block with approx. 70 kg)
  • Material: 6061 aerospace aluminium
  • Design enhancements: 4-bolt main bearing cap, increased deck height, increased cylinder wall thickness, high performance liners
  • Bolts supplied: 1/2" head bolt and 7/16" main bearing bolt
  • Modification required: External oil filter
  • Modifications: Drill cylinder head bolts to 14 mm Power range: up to 1800 hp (depending on setting and components used)
  • Finish: pre-machined
  • Available options: Bullet fire ring head gasket
