Mitsubishi 4G63 BILLET BLOCK

The bullet engine block for the Mitsubishi 4G63 is a BILLET block specially developed for EVO 4-9 applications, designed for power ratings up to 1700 hp. An impressive example is Collin Wilshire's Mitsubishi Eclipse, which reached a speed of 357 km/h in just 6:53 seconds with this engine block.

This product is characterised by significantly increased rigidity and strength compared to the original block. The distortion in the cylinder bores and crank drive has been significantly reduced. The use of larger cylinder head bolts creates a particularly strong connection between the block and cylinder head.

Solid: No water channels, only for drag racing.

The engine block offers extreme weight savings through the use of aluminium. With only minimal modifications, this billet block can replace the standard engine block.

  • Application: 4G63 (suitable for EVO 4-9) DSM 7-Bolt
  • Weight: approx. 29 kg (compared to the standard block with approx. 49 kg)
  • Material: 6061 aerospace aluminium
  • Design enhancements: 4-bolt main bearing cap, increased deck height, increased cylinder wall thickness, high-performance liners
  • Bolts supplied: 1/2" head bolt and 7/16" main bearing bolt Required
  • Modifications required: Bracket for oil intake, drill cylinder head bolts to 14 mm Power range: up to 1700 hp (depending on setting and components used)
  • Finish: pre-machined Options: Bullet Fire Ring head gasket system, higher deck height available on 4G64
