Description

Inconel exhaust valves from Supertech for Audi 2.7T 30V Biturbo engines.

The VAG standard valves have the major disadvantage that they can break in engines with a significant increase in power or with long mileage.
The standard valves are hollow inside and sodium-cooled. With a very thin valve stem of only 6 mm, there is not much material left to protect the valve!

Supertech valves offer the following advantages:

  • High temperature resistance
  • Strong tear resistance
  • Inconel material

Inconel is a very strong metal alloy and is used in Formula 1 engines, among other things.

Available in the following sizes:

  • Original size with 3 grooves for valve keys
  • Original size with 1 groove for valve keys
  • 1mm oversize with 1 groove for valve keys

For 1mm oversize valves, the valve seat must be adapted.

The kit contains 12 valves without valve keys. Suitable Supertech wedges are required. These can be found below at accesories.
