ARP stud bolt kit cylinder head for all 2.5L TFSI engines as installed in the Audi TTRS and Audi RS3.

A MUST for all engines that run with increased boost pressure!

  • ARP is the market leader in this field.
  • The stud bolt are made of 8740 chromoly steel and have rounded threads.
  • Up to 30 % stronger expansion steel than standard bolts.
  • 100 % reusable.

Now also available as BAR-TEK® High-Boost version!

Recommended from 2 bar boost pressure.

The ARP kit contains 12 stud bolt with matching nuts and ARP Moly Paste.

Tightening torque in three stages. Last stage 115 Nm.

The stud bolt require a 12mm internal variety nut. The High Boost version 16mm.
