Description

AEM water / methanol injection for turbocharged engines with up to 2.4 bar boost pressure.

The perfect kit to use the full potential of your engine. This kit reduces the intake air temperature by evaporating an atomized water / methanol mixture injected into the intake manifold.
Due to this effect and because of the up to 50 degrees cooler intake air, gets much more oxygen into the combustion chamber and more oxy means more boost.

The set contains: 
  • Standard controller
  • Internal 2.4 bar MAP sensor
  • Failsafe exit
  • Status and warning LED
  • Three interchangeable injectors, 250cc / min, 500cc / min & 1,000cc / min
  • 13.8 bar pump
  • 4.35 liter storage tank
  • Sensor for liquid level
  • Nylon cables and wiring harness

The controller in the AEM kit includes an integrated "boost safe" feature that monitors the entire injection system. This immediately detects faults (short circuit, faulty connection, broken wire, overheated pump, high or low voltage signal, etc.)

The internal water / methanol injection pump from AEM does not switch on and off, thus ensuring continuous, quiet operation. The sturdy construction includes integrated hose connections, EPDM seals and a santoprene diaphragm for consistent and reliable fluid delivery.
