Description

ARP Stud bolt kit for the block (crankshaft) for all 2.5L TFSI engines as installed in the Audi TT RS and Audi RS3. A MUST for all engines that run with increased boost pressure!

The standard bolts must be replaced with our ARP stud bolt bolts, especially for the very tightly built 2.5L TFSI engine!

  • ARP is the market leader in this field.
  • The stud bolt are made of 8740 chromoly steel and have rounded threads.
  • Up to 30% stronger than stock bolts.
  • 100% reusable.

The ARP kit contains 12 stud bolt with matching nuts, washers and ARP Moly Paste.

Tightening torque with ARP paste 85 Nm

Custom made by ARP! Plug & play installation without further adjustments. When fitting the nut, the bolts must be turned out slightly so that the nut is flush.

Attention: On some EA855 (CEP, CZG) motors, two stud bolt are too long. In these cases, as shown in the last two pictures, some of the material must be removed in order to fit the bolts.
