Description

Titanium heat protection tape universally applicable for exhaust manifold or fan manifolds.

-New development made from lava rock
-Can withstand continuous loads of up to 1150°C (up to 1400°C for short periods)
-Extremely flexible and easy to fit
-No spray adhesive required
-Especially recommended for turbo engines

Not only reduces heat radiation in the engine compartment, but also increases engine performance by reducing heat loss.

The heat tape is simply wrapped around the fan pipes and fastened with Rödel wire or special stainless steel ties.

There is a choice of two different widths and various lengths.

Tip:
Simply determine the required length of the titanium heat protection tape by wrapping a cable around the manifold.
As a rough guide, you can take approximately 23 metres of the 25 mm wide tape for a manifold of a 4-cylinder engine.

Installation tip:
We recommend the special stainless steel fastening straps (stainless steel cable ties) or stainless steel safety wire for easy fastening of the heat protection tape.

Was very easy to handle, a lot better than ceramic wrap, it’s soft and pliable. I had little to no issues installing it. Big plus that it can go on dry.
