Description

This valve set enables the installation of a fast-response divert-air valve in the 1.5 TSI engine.

As the engine is not equipped with a blow off valve as standard, Forge Motorsport has developed a twin-piston exhaust valve that not only makes a nice noise when the throttle valve closes, but also increases the response behaviour when changing gear.

The Forge blow off valve also prevents excess boost pressure from reaching the compressor wheel. This increases the service life of the turbocharger.

Features:

  • Anodised CNC-milled clutches and components as well as a tunable CNC-milled twin-piston valve
  • Due to the location of the OEM boost tube, the plastic that the OEM tube is made of can become brittle and crack over time. This kit completely replaces this plastic pipe from the turbo to intake manifold with a silicone hose
  • Unlike other valves on the market, no check engine light comes on
  • The hose has been designed to outperform the OEM fitment. The Forge Motorsport hose enhances any engine bay both technically and aesthetically
  • The kit includes all necessary hardware and step-by-step installation instructions

Note: If your engine has the hose connection as shown in the last picture, this kit will not fit.
