Description

With its limited slip differentials, Wavetrac presents a new and patented technology in the field of Torsen differentials.

The Torsen principle has proven itself successfully in normal road and racing use. However, under extreme conditions (e.g. when cornering aggressively), the following problem occurs: as soon as one wheel is completely unloaded, no drive force is transferred to the other wheel. The innovative Wavetrac technology solves this problem. Wavetrac differentials are therefore particularly recommended for slalom and circuit vehicles.

Patented carbon fibre preload plate for the pinions. All other gearbox LSDs run with the pinions on the housing, which means that the friction varies from 0 km/h to 100 km/h, reducing the effectiveness over the life of the differential. With the Wavetrac, performance remains the same thanks to the patented carbon fibre preload plates!
