Description

The APR Short Shifter System is a comprehensive addition to the factory-built shift lever assembly, designed to reduce shifting in all directions while improving shift quality. The system fine-tunes front-to-back and side-to-side movements to reduce shifts, counterweight adjustments for improved shift quality, and upgrading of factory-setup flaws to ensure years of worry-free use.

The upgrade is easy to install and easy to set up

Features:

  • Fully adjustable movement from front to back
  • Fully adjustable movement from side to side
  • A slotted adjustment track on the shift lever allows precise adjustment of the forward and reverse travel of the switch.
  • Three stackable weights allow the driver to change the overall feel of the system to his liking.
  • Inserts made of stainless steel
  • The interlocking stainless steel insert prevents the input teeth from wearing off over time.
  • The CNC machined aluminum relay lever is responsible for the movement and adjustment from side to side. This piece replaces the thin, flexible, embossed metal or plastic factory pieces.
  • The CNC machined, thick aluminum shift lever is responsible for the movement and adjustment from front to back. This component houses the counterweights and replaces the factory-cast, wear-prone piece.
