The highlight: Finally the perfect manifold for large turbocharger on the 2.0L engine!
Turbo manifold with single pipe guide and V-band flange for 2.0 TFSI EA113 and EA888 of the second generation. As a component of exhaust system, the exhaust manifold must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust gases (over 900 °C).
The manifold is specially developed and designed for the new G25, G30 and G35 series with internal wastegate from Garrett. Thanks to the modern and sophisticated exhaust gas routing, a particularly high level of efficiency can be achieved in conjunction with the reverse turbochargers of the G series from Garrett. Integrated sprue to accommodate a temperature or back pressure sensor. Thanks to the internal wastegate of the G-series, a simple and cost-effective conversion can be realised. The motorsport manifold, manufactured in large series quality, is virtually indestructible and is also a feast for the eyes.
1.4849 cast stainless steel. The best of the best!
We only use materials with the best properties for use in motorsport. We have therefore opted for a heat-resistant cast stainless steel with the little-known name "1.4849" as the alloy for our manifolds. It consists of a complex mixture of chromium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, phosphorus, sulphur and silicon. The most important characteristics of the material 1.4849 include its heat resistance of up to 1100 degrees Celsius and its high elongation at break. This makes it the material of dreams when it comes to maximum thermal and mechanical stress - and perfect for demanding applications in motorsport. It was therefore clear that we only wanted the best of the best for our components and your tuning projects!
With three different adapter rings, this manifold is extremely versatile and compatible with Garrett, Turbosmart, Tial and Precision turbochargers (based on the respective exhaust sides). These adapter rings ensure seamless integration and optimum performance, regardless of the turbocharger brand chosen. The construction of this manifold is of the highest quality, made from robust material for durability and reliability under extreme conditions.
