Description

4 injectors specially for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine for power outputs over 450 hp.

Approx. 50% more flow than original S3/K04 injectors and approx. 30% more flow than the common RS3 injectors. With 130 bar rail pressure, over 500 hp is possible. With higher pressure accordingly more. (For comparison, with the S3 injectors you reach the limit at 380 hp)

Optimal spray pattern. Not to be compared with RS4 injectors which do have more flow, but deliver an incorrect spray pattern. Installation position like stock. That means you don’t have to drill or file on the cylinder head, which makes installation significantly easier again.

The kit contains 4 injectors. PLUS: The injectors are pre-tested and matched by us! This gives you perfectly matched injectors for your 2.0 TFSI!

  • 100% adapted and tested by us on the injector tester (matched)
  • for power outputs over 500 hp in the 2.0 TFSI EA113
  • matching connectors. Almost plug & play

Even brand-new injectors have a certain variation in injected quantity! The manufacturers state a tolerance of up to 8% as “normal”. In the worst case, however, this can lead to incorrect injection quantities per cylinder. As a result, the cylinders receive different amounts of fuel and the engine does not run smoothly, or damage to pistons or valves can occur! Thanks to our ASNU injector test bench we can also test new injectors and thus optimally match them to each other. Here you can go directly to our injector test bench.
