High-end bolt-on turbocharger for the EA855 engine that leaves everything else in the shade – outstanding response with power of up to 900 hp, as well as enormous torque that is already available very early.

Designed for top performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither an upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are extremely high-quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured especially for this turbocharger, a high-strength stainless-steel integral turbine housing with increased exhaust gas flow is used. The latest technology is revealed beneath the housings. As a special feature, an extremely high-quality counterclockwise rotating Garrett G-Series CHRA is used, which we rework again on the compressor side. In addition, there is a High Boost Turbosmart actuator.

The compressor housing has been designed so that tuning parts available in the accesories can be used. For example, most accesories suction systems fit without modifications to the turbocharger and can simply be attached at the designated mounting holes.

The turbine housing integrated into the exhaust manifold has an increased exhaust gas flow and is specially manufactured for the high-quality G-Series CHRA of the Garrett G30-990. A stainless steel resistant up to 1050°C was chosen as the material. The porting is matched to the performance and flow-optimized.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This allows you to convert the vehicle back to stock if required. In the end, this saves a lot of time and money.

The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a condition suitable for the intended performance in order to achieve the maximum possible output.

For fitting this turbo, a downpipe from the TT RS or RS3 with EA855 evo engine is required.

Better than any heat wrap is the ceramic coating.
The process is still applied by hand individually to each component.
All kinds of components such as manifolds or turbine housings of turbochargers can be coated.
First, a base coat in beige color is applied.
After that, up to 14 different colors can be chosen.
The price is calculated based on effort and color and starts at 250 euros and up.
