BMW Mini Cooper 1.5/2.0L Turbo Upgrade intake manifold

The Hard Pipe Kit is the perfect solution for performance losses caused by aged or overloaded standard hoses. Even at series performance, the normal turbo hoses are at their load limit due to high engine compartment temperatures and constant pressure fluctuations.

If aging and/or boost pressure increases are then added as a result of tuning measures, leaks and performance losses or even engine damage can occur. The powder-coated aluminum upgrade intake manifold from Forge does not have this problem, because the hoses do not expand even at high boost pressures, which means less filling volume has to be pumped by the turbocharger. This also results in a faster response time.
