Upgrade intercooler radiator for the VW Bus T6 with 2.0L Bi-TDI engine (EA189 & EA288).

Fits 180PS engine (CFCA engine code *) and 204PS engine (CXEA engine code *).

Based on the insights we gained in the development of these up-graded charge coolers, we have developed an enhanced performance kit for the Volkswagen T6 2.0L Bi-TDI with 180PS & 204PS using our proven test and development process. Forge's all-aluminum cooler provides additional reliability over the OEM cooler with plastic end tanks that may fail over time.
By maximizing the space available behind the bumper of the vehicle, the Forge cooler provides 50% increase in frontal area and 50% increase in volume over the production part.

They are used especially in tuned engines, where higher boost pressures or water temperatures are driven. Forge coolers are characterized by the highest quality and are highly resistant black powder coated.
The radiator is a single-pass design with diagonally opposite inlets and outlets that optimize coolant flow over the entire radiator core.
