Mahle high performance piston for 2.5L TFSI engines (as in Audi RS3 and TTRS)

With this high-performance forged piston set from MAHLE Motorsport, it is quite easy to lower the compression ratio while getting more power and durability. The engine also runs smoothly in the cold start phase and the special alloy of the piston allows for low running clearance.

The compression ratio of these high performance pistons is ideal at 9.6:1. The special ring zones ensure a low blowby so that no power is lost. With these piston even extreme power increases are a breeze!

  • Especially for 2.5L TFSI engines

  • High performance piston pin 21mm (standard 22mm)
  • Ideal compression ratio of 9,6:1 and optimal piston shape for 2.5L TFSI engines
  • Also available in standard bore 82,50mm
  • Low blowby due to special ring zones
  • Anti-Friction graphite coating
  • Mahle High-Performance piston rings

All piston sets are supplied with high-strength piston pins and complete ring sets.

The Mahle forged pistons are an optimal complement to our H-Shaft steel pistons.
