Description

Special stud bolt Kit from ARP and BAR-TEK® Motorsport for the cylinder head for your BMW 3.0L 24V (N54) like the 135i, 335i and many more.

Here 11mm bolts are used. This is the only way to ensure that the bolts can withstand charge pressure beyond 2 bar without any problems. The M9 bolts remain M9. Nothing has to be drilled out.

High performance bolts are made of high strength and heat treated 8740 chrome molybdenum forged steel and are therefore ideally suited for use in racing engines.

  • Using the most advanced manufacturing processes, our block stud bolt achieve the highest strength
  • Tensile strength of 200,000 psi (13.8t/cm²)
  • Absolutely perfectly rounded and straight bolts for a first-class assembly
  • Ten times stronger J-threads than stock bolts due to thread cutting after curing
  • Harder, more durable, more stable and better processed than standard products

Tightening torques:

  • M11 bolts: 110 Nm in 3 steps
  • M9 bolt: 60 Nm in 3 steps
