Oil cooling
An oil cooler prevents high oil temperatures and thus provides for a constant oil pressure. This protects the engine gaskets against hardening, and the service life of the engine is positively affected.
With our oil cooler flange, you´ll get a true highlight for oil cooling. We developed it ourselves to make installation easy for you and provide you with the option of installing a temperature and oil pressure gauge as well. No problem thanks to the 1/8 NPT connection. The flange is made of aluminum and has a black anodized finish. An internally integrated thermostat ensures that an optimum temperature of eighty degrees is maintained. Another special feature of our design is the 12-mm bolt with inner hexagon nut. So installation is child´s play even with conventional tools.
Our oil cooler flange is also included in many of our oil cooler kits, for instance in the 1.8T oil cooler kit. This kit contains a total of 31 parts, including a 13-row oil cooler, our special flange with thermostat, steel reinforced high-pressure lines, sealant and so on. With this kit, you have both the cooling and the pressure of the oil under control.
Charge air cooling
Don´t forget charge air cooling when enhancing the performance of your car. The intake air should always be nice and cool to prevent serious damage to the engine and get the maximum performance out of your car. This is why you´ll find the perfect accessories for air cooling in our shop. They include intercoolers for various brands and models. The coolers developed by us have an optimized design and a high-quality radiator block, which is why they cool far better than the standard fitted parts. One example is the 2.0L TSI Upgrade intercooler for Golf 7 R, Audi TT, A3 & S3. Of course, we also have premium intercoolers by Integrated, Wagner and other renowned manufacturers.
