Replacing Wear Parts

The parts that undergo high wear include the air/fuel probe. If it delivers incorrect values, it can quickly result in engine damage. From us, you’ll get the air/fuel probe by Bosch, among others for VR6 engines, G60 engines and 16V engines. A great alternative for the vulnerable OEM hydraulic chain tensioner is our manual Race chain tensioner for all 2.8-2.9L VR6 engines from Volkswagen. The original part tensions the chain too strongly at higher speeds, so the control times are no longer correct. With the manual chain tensioner, you can adjust the tension manually. This way, you ensure constant performance and a longer service life. The blow-off valve is also a wear part. The diaphragm tears bit by bit, and you don’t notice it at the beginning. A leaking blow-off valve results in an enormous power loss. In our shop, you get the valve for all 2.0L and 1.8L TFSI / TSI engines, among others.
