Race Engines With over 300 PS
Our race engines are equipped with the best tuning parts and withstand even the highest demands. You’ll find a plethora of tuned engines with over 300 PS (221 kW) that make driving simply fun. Our 1.8T 2.2L race engine for all 1.8T models, for example, comes with outstanding equipment. The displacement was enlarged to 2,2 liters. Included are
- JE forged pistons,
- high-quality H-beam con-rods, including ARP screws,
- a forged crankshaft,
- racing main bearing and con-rod bearing,
- a main bearing girdle
- ARP screws,
- a new cylinder head,
- turbo head bolts,
- a car racing head gasket,
- an additional deck cooling in the block
- a red coated valve cover,
- BAR-TEK® sports camshafts with 1 mm more stroke.
With this race engine, you drive way over 300 hp smoothly and stably. As supplement, we recommend the Garrett Turbo GT2 8RS and upward. You should also strengthen the gearbox.
Engines for over 1,000 PS
Our completely tuned forged engine for all 2.5L TFSI models is suitable for over 1,000 PS (735 kW). Our racing engines are designed for maximum performance up to over 1,000 PS. The components they contain are of course perfectly matched, finely balanced and suitable for the highest speeds. Because we use components from motorsport, such as forged pistons and steel connecting rods, our forged engines are extremely stable. and thus the dream of all motor racing fans. The 5-cylinder TTRS or RS3 engine comes with a Mahle forged piston, H-beam con-rods with ARP bolts, racing main bearings and con-rod bearings, ARP bolts and BAR-TEK® sports camshaft with 1mm more stroke. With this beauty of a race engine, you can drive stably far over 1,000 PS. You should definitely reinforce the gearbox as well.
