We rebuild your gearbox - individually and professionally
If the torque of the engine increases due to chip tuning, it is necessary to strengthen the gearbox in order to avoid capital damage to the gearbox, for example by shearing off the rivets of the differential. Another weak point of the VW and Audi six-speed gearbox series is the fourth gear. To ensure that your gearbox can handle torques of over 1,000 Newton metres without any problems, we offer various individual modifications to your gearbox. These include fitting ARP differential screws to the ring gear, Peloquin and Drexler locks, converting the main shaft to a solid shaft, increasing the friction coefficients, supporting the fourth gear and much more. We also have various gearboxes and spare parts in stock that we can ship immediately.
Everything for the conversion of your gearbox
You can buy various gearbox parts from us that stabilise your gearbox and make it fit for higher torque. Our tie rod kit, for example, is the perfect reinforcement for your 02M and 02Q gearbox - the stable steel tie rod plates prevent the gearbox housings from pulling apart and thus also prevent cracks and chipping in the gearbox housings. Unlike other solutions, you bolt our tie rod kit to both the clutch side housing and the outer housing for an extremely stable result.
If you want to strengthen your Audi TTRS gearbox to reduce wear on the synchroniser rings and thus minimise the risk of major gearbox damage, our pilot bearings are the right choice for you. They make the shaft vibrate less, reduce clutch and gearbox wear, make shifting easier and make the transmission last much longer. We will be happy to install the pilot bearings for you: Simply send us your gearbox - we will clean it after disassembly, install the parts and send it back to you assembled.

Dog-box gearboxes: for sequential shifting without clutch engagement
If you want to shift gears without using the clutch, we recommend a dog-box gearbox. We offer a four- or six-speed dog-box gear set for all 02M and 02Q gearboxes and the matching shifter as a complete kit with LED gear indicator and sensor for the ignition interruption. This allows sequential shifting with very fast and precise gear changes. We would be happy to install the Dog-Box in your gearbox at our premises!
