Revocation instructions (services) & Withdrawal form
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed can be attributed to:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BAR-TEK Motorsport GmbH, Im Rauschen Auel 3, 51491 Overath-Brombach, Germany, Tel.: +49(0)2207/7056916, Fax: +49 (0)2207/8471024, e-mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to accept this to revoke the contract.
You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration on our website https://www.bar-tek.com/de/widerruf. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery than the have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount, which is proportionate to the time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in relation to this inform the contract, corresponds to the services already provided compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
