Information according to § 10 battery law

Important note about BATTERY CARE:

The specified sales price already includes the battery deposit of € 7.50 (including VAT). However, the pledge can only be refunded if you hand over the used battery personally at the address stated in the imprint.

You can return your old battery at most municipal collection points (recycling yards) and garages and at public waste disposal companies free of charge. In this case, you will not receive the deposit back.

Alternatively, you can send the battery to us at your expense. Since used starter batteries are dangerous goods, please observe the dangerous goods regulations of your consignor! (Dangerous goods surcharge up to 25 € possible)

Waste batteries that have not been sent according to the Dangerous Goods Ordinance can not be accepted for safety reasons (acid / explosion hazard). We ask for your understanding.
