Description

Our own high-end M8 stud bolt made of titanium for mounting the exhaust manifold on the cylinder head for all 1.8T, TFSI and TSI engines.

Unfortunately, the standard stud bolt often get so tight that they then break off when loosening the nut. The stud bolt hangs in the cylinder head and you have just now no desire to continue. Usually it is then head down and drill out.

We have developed special stud bolt for this purpose and since we do not want anything off the shelf, we have reached here at the top of the shelf and made the stud bolt from titanium. Perfect tear resistance, extremely heat resistant and also extraordinarily light.

We have developed two different lengths here to cover both 1.8T, and TFSI engines.
