The high-end exhaust manifold for 2.5l EA855 EVO TFSI engines
The name says it all. The Thor Extreme manifold from Turbo-Total® for 2.5l TFSI engines is made for extremes: up to 1000 horsepower, heat-resistant up to 1050 °C, and driving pleasure without limits. It’s been developed for installing Garrett G-Series turbochargers in your 2.5l TFSI DAZA and DNWA engine.
With this manifold and the right turbocharger, you’ll really get your EA855 EVO engine up to speed. Suddenly, you can do 1000 horsepower without problem, and the throttle responds faster than you can shift gear. This is all down to a design that optimises exhaust flow, and the materials used. When developing their manifold, Turbo-Total® also thought to offer an optional speed sensor, which can simply be plugged in.

The Thor Extreme manifold has extremely high-quality workmanship in the finest materials: stainless steel that withstands thermal stress of up to 1050 °C. This means it’s ideally equipped for the huge performance boost you’re sure to enjoy with your RS3 8V or TTRS 8S!
Not for nothing is Turbo-Total® considered the master in the field of turbochargers. The exhaust housing incorporated in the manifold has an increased exhaust flow rate, which translates into top performance. It’s been specially developed for the high-quality G-Series core assembly of the Garrett G30 and G35. The duct has just the right routing for enormous power and is flow-optimised down to the very last detail. In addition, the exhaust housing outlet can accommodate any downpipe.

Upping the ante: Our plasma ceramic coating
In the pictures, you can see the manifold with our patented plasma ceramic coating. This works better than any heat wrap and reduces the surface temperature by about 33%. This also means an up to 50 °C lower engine compartment temperature and therefore more power for your engine.
The coating is meticulously applied by hand to each individual component. It can be used to coat any parts, such as turbocharger manifolds or turbines. First, a beige base coat is applied. After this, you have a choice of up to 14 different colours. Prices are based on labour and colour and start at 250 euros.
The coating is not included in the price, but you can talk to us about this at any time. The coating comes with a 3-year warranty,and we offer 14 different colours.
Advantages of our plasma ceramic coating:
NB: If you increase your engine’s power like this, you’ll need more than an exhaust manifold – you’ll also need to modify the intake, downpipe, oil and water lines and fuel supply. Your vehicle will also need new software. To enjoy this better performance for the long term, you also need to be careful with it; the engine and entire drivetrain must be in good condition to achieve this kind of horsepower.
