Description

VR6 turbo gasket compression reduction solution.

During reconstruction of the VR6 engine for turbo operation, the compression must be lowered.

The plate is made from high quality stainless steel.

Here are no longer needed additional seals

Please select on the right side of a thickness:

We can produce any desired thickness of the head gasket

Of multi-layer metal as known from motorsport for any compaction.

(Picture shows soft gasket)

Here is an overview based on compression ratio of 10:1:

With 1.5 mm steel plate = 9,57:1

With 2 mm steel plate = 9,18:1

With 2.5 mm steel plate = 8.8:1

With 3mm steel plate = 8.5:1

With 3.5 mm steel plate = 8,2:1

With 4mm steel plate = 7,9:1

(Adding 0,6mm to the steel plate you will get the complete thickness of the gasket)
