Do you have questions about your order status or want to know where your package is?

Log in to your customer account. Click on Order there. Now you can see the status of your order and, if applicable, the status of your package at the package service provider.
You don't have a customer account? No problem. When the package is sent, you will receive the tracking number of the shipping service provider from us. You can use the number to check the status of the parcel at DHL and DPD.
Only when the package has not moved for seven days can we submit an inquiry. Until then you have to be patient. Unfortunately we cannot influence anything during this time.
