Description

TIAL F41 external wastegate suitable for turbo engines up to about 600hp. 

The F41 Tial Wastegate has a valve with a 41mm diameter. 

Both the housing and the valve are made of 347SS stainless steel to withstand the highest temperatures. 

The inner diaphragm is made of temperature resistant Nomex and is additionally reinforced. 

Tial uses a very high quality stainless steel spring to ensure a constant spring rate over the entire temperature range. 

For the valve seat and valve guide, TIAL uses Nitronic 60 stainless steel. 

Included in delivery: 

  • F41 Wastegate original 
  • TIAL F41 valve seat ring Nitronic 60 
  • 8x TiAL stainless steel cover screws 
  • 8x TiAL stainless steel washers 
  • 2x TiAL air connector
