Description

Latest high performance intercooler from Forge for Toyota Yaris GR. Made in the UK. Throughout the development process we have strived to improve the efficiency and performance of the Yaris GR engine. Our project brief was to develop a intercooler that utilized all the available space in the original OEM intercooler position and ensured that intake air temperature was reduced, with no negative impact on the charge pressure or engine and transmission cooling.

Compared to the OEM-intercooler, the Forge radiator has 42% more surface area and an internal volume increase of over 100%. This has resulted in a power increase of more than 10 HP and 15 Nm. Since the ports on the intercooler have been increased to 60mm, we have included all the necessary silicone tubing and hardware with the intercooler kit to make installation plug and play.

Forge Motorsports' intercooler is a perfect performance tuning part that fits directly to the OEM mounting points and allows for easy installation in a relatively short amount of time. No cutting is required, so the radiator can be retrofitted at any time.
