<p>Plug & Play kit for all 1.8T and all other Audi and VW engines to remove the secondary pump (kill kit).</p>
<ul>
<li>1x resistance for secondary pump</li>
<li>2x adapter plug for control valves</li>
<li>1x sealing plate for cylinder head (with O-ring and VA screws)</li>
</ul>
<p>With this kit, the entire secondary unit can be removed from your 1.8T engine.</p>
<p>Control unit no longer shows error codes! In some vehicles it may be that the secondary air pump also has to be programmed in the ECU.</p>
<p>installation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Remove secondary air pump.</li>
<li>The resistor simply needs to be soldered into the harness which leads to the secondary pump.</li>
<li>The resistor virtually replaces the secondary pump so that the engine control unit does not report an error.</li>
<li>Completely remove EGR valve on cylinder head.</li>
<li>Close the open channel on the cylinder head with our aluminum closure plate.</li>
<li>Connect the hose from the diverter valve (SUV or blow-off) directly to the intake manifold.</li>
<li>Now there are two solenoid valves left without function.</li>
<li>Simply replace these valves with our two adapter plugs.</li>
<li>Depending on the engine code, these valves are located under the intake manifold or on the valve cover.</li>
<li>But it is easy to find these valves because it is self-explanatory if you follow this order.</li>
