CNC milled billet intake manifold for your RS6 C7 or C8 with 4.0L TFSI engine.
Maximise the performance of your RS6 with our state-of-the-art CNC-milled billet intake manifold, specially developed for the C7 and C8 models with 4.0L TFSI engine. Our intake manifold has been optimised using the latest CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology and tested on our dyno to ensure you get the best out of your vehicle.
Optimised design!
It was particularly important to us not only to enlarge the ducts to enable a higher flow rate. The ducts themselves have also been optimised to optimise flow. The ducts are precisely milled from a billet block using our CNC to achieve the best possible result.
More efficient combustion!
With our test runs on the test bench, we were able to optimise the intake manifolds so that we were able to reduce the pressure loss in the intake system and thus increase the efficiency of the engine. Each duct is precisely machined to maximise the airflow to the cylinders. This allows us to improve combustion and optimise the torque curve.
With our upgrade intake manifold you not only get better acceleration, but also an overall improved driving behaviour. Simply more dynamics and driving pleasure for your RS6.
