Custom Age cylinder head stud bolt Kit for the 2.5L TFSI EA855 Evo engine from ARP

ARP Custom Age 625+ has been developed for the highest demands and is ideal for getting the maximum performance out of your engine.

Tensile strength of more than 1400 N/mm²
Perfectly rounded and straight bolts for first-class installation
Ten times stronger threads than standard bolts thanks to thread cutting after hardening

Tightening torques in three stages:

Stage 1: 35 ft-lbs / 48 Nm
Stage 2: 70 ft-lbs / 95 Nm
Stage 3: 100 ft-lbs / 136 Nm

We recommend that all ARP KOPF stud bolt are either glued into the block with blue Loctite (243) or retightened to the specified torque after approx. 1000 km.
